Living in Northern California is quite different than growing up in Oklahoma. While many might not consider Oklahoma part of the “South,” I am a firm believer that culture doesn’t recognize state borders. So now that I’m at home in NoCal, I’ve become quite the baking fiend; this blog is a diary of my attempts at healthy food, baking, and living without a deep fat fryer.
